Shipping & Delivery

We deliver using The Royal Mail (First Class) as we have found it both cost effective and reliable. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

  • United Kingdom: All shipping within the UK is completely free.
  • European Union: All shipping within the EU is chargeable/
  • Rest of the World: Most of the world is available and chargeable.

In normal circumstances your order should arrive within under 30 days. Usually it will arrive within 7 days. However, we cannot be held responsible and do not accept any liability for any delays outside of our control.

We will advise you as soon as practicable if there is a delay or likelihood of delay in the supply of products. If the products cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us.

If an incorrect destination country is selected during the checkout process, or the address entered doesn’t correspond to the country selected, we will cancel your order and notify you by e-mail. In the interest of security, we reserve the right to despatch the product(s) purchased on this site to the billing address belonging to the credit card used as payment and not to the nominated delivery address supplied by you. We cannot be responsible for any delivery problems arising from incomplete or incorrect address details supplied by you.

Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the products to the address detailed in your order and the products will be your responsibility from that time. You own the products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.

Returns Policy (Replacements, Exchanges & Refunds)

We want you to be happy with your order, which is custom made especially for you. If for any reason, you are not happy with your T-shirt, we will gladly replace or exchange it free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order (as long as they are returned in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, with original tags). For all plain T-shirts (without a front or back print), we can also offer a full refund.

Please email us first before sending back the return product. Once we get back to you by email, you will be asked to return the products to us in their original packaging (unworn, unwashed, with labels intact).
 
Please note that you are responsible for the products while they are in your possession or in transit back to us. We recommend that you wrap your products safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to us.
 
If, in individual cases, we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the returned products and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.
