Our T-shirts are semi-fitted, not too tight and not too loose ~ just right!
The best way to know your size is to measure the width and length of your favourite T-shirt in your wardrobe and compare it to our size guide. Once you’ve discovered your ideal size you can confidently re-order knowing that your new T-shirt will fit you just like your previous one.


PAYMENT METHODS

Our website accepts the following currencies: GBP, EUR, USD
You can pay for products using a Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Shoppay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay
Payment for the products and all applicable delivery charges will be taken at the time of ordering.


ORDER

After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted by us and we reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders. Your offer will only be accepted when we send you an e-mail that confirms that the products have been despatched. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you this despatch confirmation.

If we are unable to supply you with a product, we will inform you by e-mail and we will not process your order.
If you encounter a problem with your order once received, please take photographic evidence and email this through to us and we will be able to look into this and advise you further. Email: support@inkthreadable.co.uk

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter by scrolling to the bottom of an email and clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link. Alternatively, you can email to request for us to do this.
There are a few reasons your order may have been cancelled. This may be due to security purposes, incorrectly priced items or there may be a discrepancy with your order. We would recommend contact us for further information should this not be provided at the point of cancellation.
In the instance that you encounter an issue with your product(s), we would request for you to email us with a copy of your proof of purchase and some images of the item and the issue you have encountered. We will then advise you accordingly on how to proceed.
You may contact us to request to cancel your order prior to reaching the ‘Ready to Ship’ stage and we will endeavour to cancel this promptly. In spite of this, it may not be possible during busy periods.
If your order is at the verification stage, we will be able to amend the size, colour or quantity of product. Once your order has progressed past the verification stage, we are unable to guarantee that we are able to make amendments to an order. We recommend emailing us for further information.
You can register and manage your account with us through the login icon on the top right of the website.
Once your order has been placed and progressed past the verification stage, we are regretfully unable to add any further items.
Our gift cards are redeemable for two years from the date of purchase. Please contact us if you have any problems.


SHIPPING

We deliver to anywhere in the UK and the EU.
United Kingdom: All shipping within the UK is completely free.
European Union: All shipping within the EU is completely free.
Rest of the World: Not currently available
We deliver using The Royal Mail (First Class) as we have found it both cost effective and reliable. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.
In normal circumstances your order should arrive within under 30 days. Usually it will arrive within 7 days. However, we cannot be held responsible and do not accept any liability for any delays outside of our control.
This is not a problem. We purposely use standard post office envelopes that fit through your mailbox. But if your order doesn't fit, you will receive a note from the Royal Mail with instructions on where to pick up the package. There is no charge to this service.
You will receive a notification confirming your order has been shipped.
Customs may require personal information (such as a Citizen or ID number) to clear your parcel. Please provide the information requested.


RETURNS

If for any reason, you are not happy with your T-shirt, we will gladly replace or exchange it free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order (as long as they are returned in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, with original tags). For all plain T-shirts (without a front or back print), we can also offer a full refund. For more information, see Shipping & Return Policy

We're here to help! Please email us first before sending back the return product. Once we get back to you by email, you will be asked to return the products to us in their original packaging (unworn, unwashed, with labels intact). For more information, see Shipping & Return Policy

Unfortunately, we do not provide confirmation that we have received a return, but you will receive confirmation of a new despatch email for an exchange or replacement (or refund for plain T-shirts).
Please note that we advise up to 14 working days for returns and exchanges to be processed once received. Once refunded, this usually appear back in your account in 3-5 working days. Once your exchange has been despatched, you will receive a notification confirming your order.
